FAQ - Frequently asked questions about Park-Flats
The Pre-Paid Park-Flat offers you full flexibility: you can purchase a fixed number of minutes and use them freely within the current month. Please note that unused minutes are reset at the end of the month so that we can offer you full flexibility again next month. Our other parking flat rates, e.g. for evenings or weekends, have defined usage periods without resetting.
No, it is not possible to use several parking flats at the same time within an APCOA FLOW account. From the list of active license plates, only one can be used at a time for a parking process. This means that only one vehicle can park at a time.
The Park Flat models offer a flexible solution for regular parkers without long-term commitments. They enable cheaper parking compared to daily fees and offer no fixed commitments, as is the case with classic subscriptions.
If you park outside the specified parking times, the normal rate of the respective parking garage or underground parking garage will be charged. The usual parking fees then apply without the benefits of the Park-Flat.
The parking flat can be conveniently canceled via your APCOA FLOW account. Cancellation is possible at any time at the end of the month.
Entry is quick and easy thanks to automatic license plate recognition. An additional access medium, such as a card or key, is not required.
There are no fixed parking spaces. You can simply choose a free parking space that is available in the parking garage or underground parking garage.
The following payment methods are available for payment of the parking flat rate: Credit card, Apple Pay and PayPal.
