Stuttgart, 20. March 2017 – APCOA PARKING Group (“APCOA”), a leading full-service parking management company in Europe, announces the successful completion of the refinancing of its existing debt facilities.

  • APCOA places EUR 435m of TLB, revolving and guarantee facilities in the European debt markets
  • Initial issuer and instrument ratings of B+/B1

Stuttgart, 20. March 2017 – APCOA PARKING Group (“APCOA”), a leading full-service parking management company in Europe, announces the successful completion of the refinancing of its existing debt facilities.

A total of EUR 435 million of facilities were successfully placed with a selected number of institutional investors and banks and significantly oversubscribed in syndication. APCOA and the facilities have been rated B+ by Standard & Poor’s and B1 by Moody's Investors Service.

Steffen Baetjer, CFO of APCOA, said: “We are very satisfied with the strong investor and rating agency support. Our diversified and resilient business model, as well as the long-term nature of our contracts and client relationships translate into a favourable credit profile. I am glad that we were able to successfully execute this refinancing and secure a long-term financing package on attractive terms.”

Barclays Bank PLC, Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch and The Royal Bank of Scotland plc (trading as NatWest Markets) acted as Mandated Lead Arrangers and Joint Bookrunners on behalf of APCOA. Barclays acted as rating advisor and will be the agent and security agent on the new facilities.
